Do I need a doctor's referral?

You may need a referral from your GP, depending on your condition. 
I may contact your health care professional (with your permission) to discuss your condition. This way, I can plan the most suitable session in line with your treatment.


How do we start?

Before your first session, a 30-45 mins phone conversation is required to discuss your medical history, training needs and goals. 


What to expect from your first Personal Training session?

Your first personal training session will start with a posture analysis and an examination of your range of motion to identify the affected structures/tissues. 
This assessment will take about 20 mins before we commence your workout.



What to expect from your following Personal Training sessions?

 Each session is planned before we meet based on your goals, needs and progress. For example, some sessions could mix training and joint manipulations to restore the missing range of motion. 



What is The Health Firm COVID-19 policy?

The Health Firm follows the government guidelines about COVID. I am fully vaccinated and wear a mask during the session and full PPE during treatments.
